El salón es un espacio luminoso, ligero y "habitable". Tiene un comodísimo sofá de tres plazas, ideal para ratitos de peli y manta, y una Smart TV con la que podrás acceder a tu cuenta de Netflix (no tenemos acceso a canales de la TV alemana). Una butaca y una mesita auxiliar invitan a agradables tardes de picoteo, vinito y charla.
En febrero de 2022 incorporamos al espacio un espacio de trabajo, que consiste en escritorio y una silla de oficina, así como una pantalla de ordenador que puedes conectar a tu portátil. La conexión a internet y el WIFI funcionan de manera impecable.
La zona dormitorio, en el mismo ambiente, cuenta con dos camas abatibles unidas de 90 cm, muy ligeras y fáciles de abrir y cerrar. Un armario empotrado ofrece buena capacidad de almacenaje.

Cuenta con una amplia gama de electrodomésticos y útiles de cocina. Como complemento a la mesa de comedor, hemos incluido una pequeña mesa plegable adosada a la pared, ideal para los más pequeños.

The living room is a very bright space. It has a very comfortable three-seater sofa -what about snuggling up and watching some movies?- and a Smart TV with which you can access your own Netflix account (no access to German TV channels). An armchair and a side table are the perfect incentive to a pleasant afternoon of snacks, wine and good talk.
In February 2022, we added a workstation consisting of an office desk and a chair to the main room, as well as a computer screen that you can connect to your laptop. The internet connection and WIFI work flawlessly.
The bedroom area, in the same space, has two light and easy-to-fold-down 90 cm wall beds. A built-in cabinet offers good storage capacity.

While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast.

Getting around(English⤵)
1) DISTANCIAS DESDE EL APARTAMENTO
El apartamento no puede estar mejor ubicado:
🏖️ PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS: a sólo 10 segundos a pie de la puerta del edificio.
🏞️ PARQUE SANTA CATALINA: a sólo 16 minutos a pie. En este parque tienen lugar los principales eventos de la ciudad (Carnaval, festivales de música, etc.). De este parque parten continuamente los autobuses amarillos número 1 y 12 hacia el caso antiguo de la ciudad (Triana – Vegueta). Tardan menos de 15 minutos y cuestan 1,40€.
🚌 ESTACIÓN DE AUTOBUSES DE SANTA CATALINA: ubicado 18 minutos a pie, a continuación del Parque Santa Catalina. De aquí parten los autobuses en dirección al Aeropuerto, al sur de la isla y a la mayoría de localidades que merecen una visita.
🏪 MESA Y LOPEZ: es la principal avenida comercial de la ciudad. En ella está, entre tantos otros populares establecimientos El Corte Inglés. Ambos, a sólo 9 minutos a pie del apartamento.
🛍 CENTRO COMERCIAL LAS ARENAS: es el más importante y surtido de la isla. Se encuentra a sólo 16 minutos a pie.
🍴 RESTAURANTES, CAFES, FARMACIAS, SUPERMERCADOS, GIMNASIOS, PUBS, CINES, MUSEOS, ETC. a distancia a pie del apartamento.
2) CÓMO MOVERSE
⛪ El casco histórico (Triana – Vegueta) está a una hora a pie aproximadamente del apartamento. Le recomendamos hacer uso del autobús municipal 1 ó 12 (1,40€) o bien un taxi (6€) que puede parar en la calle mismamente o bien acudir a una parada.
⛰️ Si desea visitar otras localidades o puntos de interés en la isla (como por ejemplo Agaete, Maspalomas, Tejeda, etc.) le recomendamos alquilar un coche. El transporte público es adecuado pero sólo si desea visita un único lugar y regresar después a la capital.
🚗 Conseguir aparcamiento para el coche en las proximidades del apartamento es muy complicado. Cada vez hay menos opciones dado que están peatonizando muchas calles. Le recomendamos alquilar coche sólo los días que lo vaya a usar. Conocemos un lugar donde poder devolverlo cada día hasta las 22h. Otra opción es alquilarlo en el aeropuerto, en ese caso le recomendamos hacer uso de un parking privado. Le diremos cuáles son los más cercanos a su apartamento. Por lo general cuestan 15€/día o 50€/semana.

1) DISTANCES FROM THE APARTMENT
The apartment can´t be better located:
🏖️ LAS CANTERAS BEACH: only 10 seconds walking distance from the front door.
🏞️ SANTA CATALINA PARK: 16 min walking. From there local yellow buses depart to old city Triana - Vegueta. In this park take part the most popular local events (Carnival, Music Festivals, etc.)
🚌 SANTA CATALINA BUS STATION: 17 min walking. From this station blue buses depart to the airport, the south and most popular directions on the island.
🏪 MESA Y LOPEZ commercial avenue and EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center: 9 minutes walking.
🛍 LAS ARENAS SHOPPING CENTER: 16 min walking. This is the biggest and most popular shopping center on the island.
🍴 RESTAURANTS, CAFES, PHARMACY, SUPERMARKETS, GYM, NIGHT CLUBS, PUBS, CINEMAS, MUSEUMS within walking distance from the apartment.
2) HOW TO GET AROUND
🏪 Oldtown (Vegueta and Triana) is one hour walking distance. Using a local bus (1,40€) or a taxi (5€) would be recommended.
⛰️ To visit other places outside the city (Arucas, Agaete, Tejeda, Roque Nublo, Maspalomas or Mogan for example) we recommend renting a car because allows you to visit many places in one day. Buses are useful only if you plan to visit one area.
🚗 Trying to find free parking in the streets near the apartment is quite complicated, we recommend renting the car in the city only the days you are going to use it. There are car rentals where you can return the car until 10pm. If you decide renting the car at the airport you will need to use one of the private parkings near the apartment. On average they charge 15€/day or 60€/week.
