Zona de estar, cocina y zona comedor comparten un único espacio pequeño y muy bien aprovechado. Se trata de una estancia diáfana y serena, en la que los tonos tierra y los suaves tejidos se combinan de manera inteligente con puntos de luz cálida muy bien distribuidos. Ideal para el descanso.
🛋️ La zona de estar cuenta con un sillón muy confortable de 3 plazas y una TV de 43'' (no hay acceso a canales de la TV alemana).
🔪 La cocina es moderna y está muy bien equipada con horno, microondas, amplio refrigerador combi y los principales pequeños electrodomésticos. Una pequeña mesa de comedor, para hasta cuatro comensales, corona el espacio.

La suite principal está amueblada con una cama doble de 140 cm. Para conciliar el sueño, enciende una de las dos lamparitas situadas sobre la cabecera de la cama... ¡y a leer un rato! Además, posee su propio cuarto de baño.
El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales de 90 cm que pueden juntarse fácilmente. Ambos dormitorios tienen armarios de tres puertas con gran espacio de almacenamiento.

La terraza es ideal para tardes de picoteo o lectura, o simplemente de relax mirando la puesta de sol. Si te molesta el sol, ¿por qué no abres el toldo que cubre toda su superficie?

Ubicado en la 5ª planta de un edificio muy tranquilo de 9 plantas. En la planta baja hay un tramo de 10 escalones para llegar al ascensor. La playa la encuentras ¡literalmente a la vuelta de la esquina! Este alojamiento es ideal para estancias cortas y medias, viajeros de vacaciones o de negocios, teletrabajadores, parejas o familias con uno o dos niños.

Open plan kitchen, dining and living space. It is a diaphanous and serene room, where earth tones and soft fabrics are intelligently combined with warm light spotlights that are very well distributed. Ideal for your resting.
🛋️ The living area has a very comfortable 3-seater couch and a large 43-inch TV (we do not have access to German TV channels).
🔪 Modern and well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and the main small appliances. There is also a small dining table, for up to four guests.
🛏️ Bedrooms With Lots Of Storage Space
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 140 cms. Read for a while by turning on one of the two small lamps located above the head of the bed... and voilà! In addition, it has its own bathroom.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms have three-door wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
🌞 Comfortable And Relaxing
The terrace is ideal for afternoon snacks or reading, or simply relaxing watching the sunset. If the sun bothers you, why not open the large awning?

It is a very lively neighbourhood during the day, but it is very quiet at night. There are quite a few laptop-friendly cafes and several coworking spaces, if you want to meet other digital nomads.

Located on the 5th floor of a very quiet 9-storey building. on the ground floor there are 10 steps to climb to get to the lift. The beach is literally around the corner! This accommodation is ideal for short and medium stays, holiday or business travellers, remote workers, couples or families with one or two children.

Si alquilas un coche en el aeropuerto, te recomiendo que utilices un parking privado cercano al alojamiento para aparcar. Hay tres parkings privados muy cerca del apartamento. Por mi orden de preferencia son:

Te ofrecemos este servicio por 35 EUR. Si traes mucho equipaje y crees que no entrará en el maletero de un coche normal (maletas, tabla de surf, carrito de bebé...), avísanos y enviaremos un furgón. En este caso, el precio será de 50 EUR.

While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING OR PADDLE SURF, the other half is perfect for SWIMMING, SNORKELING OR STAND UP PADDLE as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) located a quarter of a mile from the coast.
🐟 It is the perfect location for snorkeling, as ITS SEABED IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You can enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem. The water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter.

1) DISTANCIAS DESDE LA VIVIENDA
El alojamiento no puede estar mejor ubicado:
🏖️ PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS: a sólo 10 segundos a pie de la puerta del edificio.
🏞️ PARQUE SANTA CATALINA: a sólo 14 minutos a pie. En este parque tienen lugar los principales eventos de la ciudad (Carnaval, festivales de música, etc.). De este parque parten continuamente los autobuses amarillos número 1 y 12 hacia el caso antiguo de la ciudad (Triana – Vegueta). Tardan menos de 15 minutos y cuestan 1,40€.
🚌 ESTACIÓN DE AUTOBUSES DE SANTA CATALINA: ubicado 16 minutos a pie, a continuación del Parque Santa Catalina. De aquí parten los autobuses en dirección al Aeropuerto, al sur de la isla y a la mayoría de localidades que merecen una visita.
🏪 MESA Y LOPEZ: es la principal avenida comercial de la ciudad. En ella está, entre tantos otros populares establecimientos El Corte Inglés. Ambos, a sólo 9 minutos a pie del alojamiento.
🛍 CENTRO COMERCIAL LAS ARENAS: es el más importante y surtido de la isla. Se encuentra a sólo 17 minutos a pie.
🍴 RESTAURANTES, CAFES, FARMACIAS, SUPERMERCADOS, GIMNASIOS, PUBS, CINES, MUSEOS, ETC. a distancia a pie del alojamiento.
2) CÓMO MOVERSE
⛪ El casco histórico (Triana – Vegueta) está a una hora a pie aproximadamente del apartamento. Le recomendamos hacer uso del autobús municipal 1 ó 12 (1,40€) o bien un taxi (6€) que puede parar en la calle mismamente o bien acudir a una parada.
⛰️ Si desea visitar otras localidades o puntos de interés en la isla (como por ejemplo Agaete, Maspalomas, Tejeda, etc.) le recomendamos alquilar un coche. El transporte público es adecuado pero sólo si desea visita un único lugar y regresar después a la capital.
🚗 Conseguir aparcamiento para el coche en las proximidades del alojamiento es muy complicado. Cada vez hay menos opciones dado que están peatonalizando muchas calles. Le recomendamos alquilar coche sólo los días que lo vaya a usar. Conocemos un lugar donde poder devolverlo cada día hasta las 22h. Otra opción es alquilarlo en el aeropuerto, en ese caso le recomendamos hacer uso de un parking privado. Le diremos cuáles son los más cercanos a su alojamiento. Por lo general cuestan 15€/día o 50€/semana.

1) DISTANCES FROM THE ACCOMMODATION
The flat can´t be better located:
🏖️ LAS CANTERAS BEACH: only 10 seconds walking distance from the front door.
🏞️ SANTA CATALINA PARK: 14 min walking. From there local yellow buses depart to old city Triana - Vegueta. In this park take part the most popular local events (Carnival, Music Festivals, etc.)
🚌 SANTA CATALINA BUS STATION: 16 min walking. From this station blue buses depart to the airport, the south and most popular directions on the island.
🏪 MESA Y LOPEZ commercial avenue and EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping center: 9 minutes walking.
🛍 LAS ARENAS SHOPPING CENTER: 17 min walking. This is the biggest and most popular shopping center on the island.
🍴 RESTAURANTS, CAFES, PHARMACY, SUPERMARKETS, GYM, NIGHT CLUBS, PUBS, CINEMAS, MUSEUMS within walking distance from the accommodation.
2) HOW TO GET AROUND
🏪 Oldtown (Vegueta and Triana) is one hour walking distance. Using a local bus (1,40€) or a taxi (5€) would be recommended.
⛰️ To visit other places outside the city (Arucas, Agaete, Tejeda, Roque Nublo, Maspalomas or Mogan for example) we recommend renting a car because allows you to visit many places in one day. Buses are useful only if you plan to visit one area.
🚗 Trying to find free parking in the streets near the apartment is quite complicated, we recommend renting the car in the city only the days you are going to use it. There are car rentals where you can return the car until 10pm. If you decide renting the car at the airport you will need to use one of the private parkings near the accommodation. On average they charge 15€/day or 60€/week.
